Analysis of data from more than 6000 participants in the Australian Longitudinal Study on Womens Health show that maintaining at least low levels of physical activity throughout middle age was associated with lower prevalence and incidence of joint symptoms later in life. These findings are published in the December 2017 issue of the journal Arthritis Care & Research.
